I "MBC" Catering to You!

MBC Catering offers full service and drop-off catering to private homes, businesses, churches,  and event sites outdoor or indoor throughout the Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson area.  Since each event is special and unique, we prefer to give quotes or proposals once you have determined the menu, number of guests, when and where the event will be held.  Is there a theme? Do you need additional services? For example: a florist, party rentals, or a wedding cake? We will help you plan your event to perfection.

 

Service Staff
Your event will determine how many servers, supervisors, or kitchen staff will be needed. Some events will not require any servers or kitchen staff. Our professional, personable staff will always be friendly, professional, and ready to serve your event. We do not offer labor only services. For liability purposes, our staff will only handle food or beverage that MBC Catering provides.

 

Rentals & Decorations
Here at MBC Catering, we believe you should be able to actually enjoy your event not work it.  Depending upon the requirements of your event, we are able to take care of any rentals you may need such as plates, flatware, glasses, linens, tables and chairs etc. The possibilities are endless! We can also coordinate flowers, wedding cakes, photography, entertainment etc. 

 

Deposits & Payment
A 50% deposit of the total amount quoted in the proposal is required to confirm the booking of your event.  Final details of your event must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to your event (guest count, menu, serve time, location, etc…).  Cancellation must be at least 10 days prior to your event to receive a full refund. Your deposit will be Non-Refundable if cancelled after the cancellation deadline. 

 

You will be billed for the final balance 72 hours prior to your event. Complete payment must be posted 24 hours before your event with either: cash, cashier’s check, money order, or credit card.  If payment is made by credit card a 3% surcharge will apply.  Full Service Events will be charged an 8.15% state sales tax and 20% catering service charge.  Drop-Off Events will be charged an 8.15% state sales tax and 14% catering service charge.  Gratuity is not included on your bill. Guest Counts
Food, beverage, and add-on item charges will be based on the guest count. Final guest counts are due no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. If a final guest count has not been given, then MBC Catering will use the number on the proposal provided. We will make every effort to accommodate any last minute increases in the guest count.

 

Food Amounts
We will provide a set amount of food based on the guest count given by you. We are not responsible for your guests eating habits. If you are at all worried that some guests may consume more than the average person, we suggest you order more food.

 

Event Tastings
We understand sometimes you need a little reassurance for your investment. We do offer tastings that may be planned weeks or months before your event commences. Because we are not like a restaurant and have all supplies on hand at any time we must purchase those supplies specifically for your tasting. There is a $50 charge for two people per tasting or $100 for four people. This allows you to pick two items from your specific menu which we will prepare fresh for you at our commercial kitchen. Please keep in mind we offer nothing but class. We do not offer samples on a toothpick or in cheap plastic cups. Your food will be presented elegantly and a generous portion of each. Come hungry!
